- A user identifier provided by Apple or Google

3. In-App data
When you use the App, we store in-App data that you create, submit, or take part in, for example:
- Partner relationships and related settings
- Tasks and task-related data
- Content you submit
- Rewards and Incentive-related data
- In-App points and related records
- Other content you create or participate in within the App
The exact types of data may change as the App’s features evolve.
3. How we use your data
We use the data we collect primarily to provide, maintain, and improve the App’s services and core features.
This includes:
- Creating and managing your account
- Verifying and processing your sign-in
- Identifying you and other Partners
- Providing task, reward, and Incentive features
- Storing and displaying content you create or submit in the App
- Recording and managing in-App points and related records
- Providing in-App notifications and other services
- Maintaining the App’s security, stability, and normal operation

4. Data sharing between Partners
Some App features require two Partners to view data related to each other so both can use tasks, rewards, and other related features.
After you join a shared Board, some data you create, submit, or generate on that Board may be shown to your Partner according to the App’s features and permission settings.
For example, data related to tasks, submitted content, rewards, Incentives, or points may be visible to your Partner.
Your email address and account identifiers provided by third-party sign-in services are not shown to your Partner.
Data on different Boards is kept separate. Your Partner can only view data related to them according to the App’s features and permissions.
5. Points
Points in the App are used only for virtual in-App records and features.
Points do not represent cash or any other asset with real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The App does not offer buying or selling of points, cash withdrawals, or other real-money transactions.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as needed to provide the App’s services.
In general, your data is retained until one of the following occurs:
- You delete your App account;
- You delete the relevant data yourself;
- A shared Board you belong to is deleted by one of its members; or
- The data is no longer needed to provide the App’s services.
If you share a Board with another user and that Board is deleted by one of its members, data related to that Board will be deleted according to the App’s data-deletion mechanisms.
If law, dispute resolution, security, or other legitimate reasons require us to keep some data, we may retain it for the period needed, to the extent permitted by law.
If a shared Board provided by the App is deleted by one of its members, that Board and its related data may be permanently deleted.
After deletion, related data may not be recoverable.
8. Third-party sign-in services
The App uses Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In for sign-in.
When you use Apple or Google sign-in services, those companies may process your data under their own privacy policies and terms of service.
We encourage you to review Apple’s and Google’s privacy policies to understand how they handle data.
9. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

如法律、爭議處理、安全或其他合法原因要求我們保留部分資料，我們可能會在法律允許的範圍內保留相關資料至所需期間。
