Welcome to this application (the “App”).
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the rights and responsibilities between you and us when you use the App and related services.
By using, accessing, or creating an App account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Who this App is for
The App is a Partner task and reward service designed for adults. It lets two Partners help and encourage each other to reach goals through tasks, rewards, and other in-App features.
2. Accounts
You may create and sign in to an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In provided by the App.
You are responsible for:
- Providing true and accurate account information;
- Keeping your account and sign-in credentials secure;
- Not impersonating another person when creating or using an account;
- Not allowing others to use your account;
- Notifying us promptly if you become aware of unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except for unauthorized use caused by us.
3. Partners and Boards
The App allows two Partners to create and participate in a shared Board.
A Board is a separate space where two Partners use the App’s features.
You may invite other users to become your Partner using features provided by the App.
After joining a Board, both parties may use related Tasks, Incentives, points, and other features according to the App’s functionality and permissions.
You understand and agree that some data you create or submit on a Board may be shown to your Partner.
Your email address and account identifiers provided by third-party sign-in services are not shown to your Partner.
4. Tasks
A Task is a task created and managed by Partners in the App.
A Task may include task content, a deadline, rewards, and other related settings.
Users may submit completion attachment or related content for a Task using features provided by the App.
Completion, approval, failure, or other Task statuses are handled according to the App’s features and related permissions.
You understand and agree that the App is not an independent fact- or evidence-verification service.
Unless the App expressly provides such a feature, we do not verify the truthfulness or accuracy of content submitted by you or your Partner.
5. Incentives
The App allows Partners to create and use Incentives as rewards or related arrangements for completing Tasks or other in-App actions.
An Incentive may involve real-world actions or arrangements, such as activities, services, or other rewards agreed between Partners.
The App is not responsible for actually performing, providing, arranging, or verifying Incentives.
Any actual performance of an Incentive is handled by the relevant Partners outside the App.
You should judge for yourself whether an Incentive you and your Partner create is appropriate and feasible.
6. Points
Points in the App are used only for virtual in-App records and features.
Points do not represent cash or any other asset with real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points must not be treated as bank deposits, electronic money, financial assets, or any other property with monetary value.
The App does not offer buying or selling of points, cash withdrawals, or other real-money transactions.
7. Rules of use
When using the App, you agree to:
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- Not impersonate another person;
- Not access other users’ or Boards’ data without authorization;
- Not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the App;
- Not use the App for fraud, harassment, threats, or other unlawful activity;
- Not upload or submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate content;
- Not attempt to bypass the App’s security measures or permission controls;
- Not use the App for any activity that may harm other users or the App.
8. User content
You are responsible for content you create, submit, or upload in the App.
You must ensure that content you submit:
- Does not infringe any third party’s rights;
- Does not violate applicable law;
- Does not include data you are not entitled to share;
- Does not include malware or other content that may harm the App or other users.
To provide the App’s services, you grant us the right to store, process, and display content you submit to the extent necessary.
9. In-App data and records
The App creates and stores related data and records based on user actions in the App.
This data includes Tasks, submitted content, Incentives, points, and other related in-App records.
Data and records provided by the App are meant to help Partners use the App’s features, and are not an independent or legal certification of real-world events.
10. Board deletion
Any Board member may delete a Board they belong to using features provided by the App.
After a Board is deleted:
- The Board can no longer be used;
- Data related to the Board may be permanently deleted;
- Deleted Boards and related data may not be recoverable.
Before a Board is deleted, the App may show a confirmation and deletion notice.
11. Account deletion
You may delete your account using features provided by the App.
After account deletion, data related to your account is handled according to the App’s data-deletion mechanisms and the Privacy Policy.
Some data may need to be retained for a period of time for legal, dispute-resolution, security, or other legitimate reasons.
12. Service availability
We will use reasonable efforts to keep the App operating normally, but we do not guarantee that the App will:
- Always be available;
- Never experience interruptions;
- Be completely free of errors;
- Have all features available at all times.
We may temporarily limit or suspend parts of the service due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security issues, or other reasons.
13. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services such as Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In.
Third-party services are provided by the relevant third parties, and your use of them may be subject to those third parties’ own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or operation of third-party services.
14. Disclaimer
The App provides tools to help Partners manage Tasks, Incentives, points, and related records.
We do not guarantee that:
- Partners will complete Tasks;
- Partners will perform Incentives;
- Content submitted by Partners will be true or accurate;
- Any commitments between Partners will be fulfilled;
- Using the App will achieve any particular goal or result.
Any commitments, Tasks, Incentives, or real-world arrangements between Partners are decided and undertaken by those Partners themselves.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- Conduct or disputes between Partners;
- Incomplete Tasks;
- Unperformed Incentives;
- Content submitted by users;
- Decisions users make in reliance on in-App data or records;
- Temporary unavailability of the App;
- Failures or interruptions of third-party services;
- Unauthorized account access;
- Other events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Violations of these Terms
If we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or may pose a risk to other users, the App, or us, we may take appropriate measures, including:
- Limiting some of your features;
- Suspending your account;
- Terminating your account;
- Removing violating content;
- Taking other measures permitted by law.
Where required by applicable law, we will proceed in accordance with that law.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms in response to changes in the App’s features, services, or applicable law.
For material changes, we will notify you through the App or other reasonable means where appropriate.
Updated Terms will be published in the App or on related web pages, and the “Last updated” date will show the latest version.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Termination of service
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may stop, suspend, or terminate all or part of the service at any time.
If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, you may not create a new account to circumvent related restrictions without our consent.
After termination of service, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
19. Entire agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the App.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy relating to personal data processing, the Privacy Policy’s description of that processing prevails.

二、帳戶
您可以使用本 App 提供的 Apple Sign-In 或 Google Sign-In 建立及登入帳戶。
您有責任：
- 提供真實及準確的帳戶資料；
- 妥善保管您的帳戶及登入權限；
- 不得冒充其他人士建立或使用帳戶；
- 不得將您的帳戶提供予其他人士使用；
- 如發現帳戶有未經授權的使用，應盡快通知我們。
您對透過您的帳戶進行的活動負責，但因我們的原因導致的未經授權使用除外。
三、Partner 及 Board
本 App 允許兩位 Partner 建立及參與共同 Board。
Board 是供兩位 Partner 使用本 App 功能的獨立空間。
您可以透過 App 提供的功能邀請其他使用者成為您的 Partner。
加入 Board 後，雙方可以按照 App 的功能及權限使用相關 Task、Incentive、積分及其他功能。
您理解並同意，您在 Board 中建立或提交的部分資料可能會向您的 Partner 顯示。
您的電子郵件地址及第三方登入服務提供的帳戶識別資料不會向您的 Partner 顯示。
四、Task
Task 是由 Partner 在 App 中建立及管理的任務。
Task 可以包含任務內容、完成期限、獎勵及其他相關設定。
使用者可以按照 App 所提供的功能提交 Task 的完成附件或相關內容。
Task 的完成、批准、失敗或其他狀態，按照 App 的功能及相關權限處理。
您理解並同意，本 App 並非獨立的事實或證據驗證服務。
除非 App 明確提供相關功能，否則我們不會驗證您或您的 Partner 所提交內容的真實性或準確性。
五、Incentive
本 App 允許 Partner 建立及使用 Incentive，以作為完成 Task 或其他 App 內行動的獎勵或相關安排。
Incentive 可以涉及現實世界中的行動或安排，例如由 Partner 自行約定的活動、服務或其他獎勵。
本 App 不負責實際履行、提供、安排或驗證 Incentive。
任何 Incentive 的實際履行均由相關 Partner 在 App 以外自行處理。
您應自行判斷您與 Partner 所建立的 Incentive 是否適合及可行。
六、積分
本 App 中的積分僅用於 App 內的虛擬記錄及功能。
積分不代表現金或其他具有現實貨幣價值的資產，亦不能兌換成現金。
積分不得被視為銀行存款、電子貨幣、金融資產或其他具有貨幣價值的財產。
本 App 不提供積分買賣、現金提取或其他真實貨幣交易功能。
七、使用規則
您同意在使用本 App 時：
- 遵守適用的法律及法規；
- 不得冒充其他人士；
- 不得未經授權存取其他使用者或 Board 的資料；
- 不得干擾、破壞或試圖破壞本 App 的正常運作；
- 不得利用本 App 進行欺詐、騷擾、威脅或其他違法活動；
- 不得上傳或提交違法、侵權、具欺騙性或其他不當內容；
- 不得嘗試繞過本 App 的安全措施或權限控制；
- 不得利用本 App 從事任何可能損害其他使用者或本 App 的活動。
八、使用者內容
您對您在本 App 中建立、提交或上傳的內容負責。
您應確保您提交的內容：
- 不侵犯任何第三方的權利；
- 不違反適用法律；
- 不包含您無權分享的資料；
- 不包含惡意程式或其他可能損害本 App 或其他使用者的內容。
為提供本 App 的服務，您授予我們在必要範圍內儲存、處理及顯示您提交內容的權利。
九、App 內資料及記錄
本 App 會根據使用者在 App 中進行的操作建立及保存相關資料及記錄。
這些資料包括 Task、提交內容、Incentive、積分及其他 App 內相關記錄。
本 App 所提供的資料及記錄，是為協助 Partner 使用本 App 的功能，而不是對現實世界事件作出獨立或法律上的認證。
十、Board 刪除
任何 Board 成員均可以按照 App 提供的功能刪除其所屬 Board。
刪除 Board 後：
- Board 將無法再使用；
- 與 Board 相關的資料可能會被永久刪除；
- 已刪除的 Board 及相關資料可能無法恢復。
在刪除 Board 前，App 可能會顯示相關確認及刪除提示。
十一、帳戶刪除
您可以按照 App 提供的功能刪除您的帳戶。
帳戶刪除後，與您的帳戶相關的資料會按照本 App 的資料刪除機制及《隱私權政策》處理。
部分資料可能因法律、爭議處理、安全或其他合法原因而需要在一定期間內保留。
十二、服務可用性
我們會盡合理努力維持本 App 正常運作，但不保證本 App：
- 永遠可用；
- 不會出現中斷；
- 完全沒有錯誤；
- 所有功能在任何時間均可使用。
我們可能因維護、更新、技術問題、安全問題或其他原因暫時限制或中止部分服務。
十三、第三方服務
本 App 使用第三方服務，例如 Apple Sign-In 及 Google Sign-In。
第三方服務由相關第三方提供，其使用可能受相關第三方自己的條款及政策約束。
我們不對第三方服務的可用性、準確性或運作負責。
十四、免責聲明
本 App 提供的是協助 Partner 管理 Task、Incentive、積分及相關記錄的工具。
我們不保證：
- Partner 一定會完成 Task；
- Partner 一定會履行 Incentive；
- Partner 提交的內容一定真實或準確；
- Partner 之間的任何承諾一定會被履行；
- 使用本 App 一定可以達成任何特定目標或結果。
任何 Partner 之間的承諾、Task、Incentive 或現實世界安排，均由相關 Partner 自行決定及承擔責任。
十五、責任限制
在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對因以下事項產生的任何損失或損害負責：
- Partner 之間的行為或爭議；
- Task 未完成；
- Incentive 未履行；
- 使用者提交的內容；
- 使用者依賴 App 內資料或記錄所作出的決定；
- App 暫時無法使用；
- 第三方服務的故障或中斷；
- 未經授權的帳戶存取；
- 其他非我們合理控制範圍內的事件。
本條款中的任何內容均不旨在排除適用法律下不能被排除或限制的責任。
十六、違反條款
如果我們合理認為您違反本條款、適用法律或可能對其他使用者、本 App 或我們造成風險，我們可能採取適當措施，包括：
- 限制您的部分功能；
- 暫停您的帳戶；
- 終止您的帳戶；
- 刪除違規內容；
- 採取法律允許的其他措施。
在適用法律要求的情況下，我們會按照相關法律處理。
十七、條款修改
我們可能因應本 App 的功能、服務內容或適用法律的變化而修改本條款。
如有重大修改，我們會在適當情況下透過 App 或其他合理方式通知您。
更新後的條款會於本 App 或相關網頁公布，並以「最後更新日期」標示最新版本。
在修改後繼續使用本 App，即表示您接受更新後的條款。
十八、服務終止
我們可以在適用法律允許的範圍內，隨時停止、暫停或終止全部或部分服務。
如果您的帳戶因違反本條款而被終止，您不得在未獲我們同意的情況下重新建立帳戶以規避相關限制。
服務終止後，本條款中按其性質應繼續有效的條款仍會繼續適用。
十九、完整協議
本條款及《隱私權政策》構成您與我們就使用本 App 所達成的完整協議。
如果本條款與《隱私權政策》之間出現與個人資料處理有關的差異，應以《隱私權政策》對相關資料處理的說明為準。

六、積分
本 App 中的積分僅用于 App 内的虚拟记录及功能。

- 不得上传或提交違法、侵权、具欺骗性或其他不当内容；
- 不得尝试绕过本 App 的安全措施或权限控制；
- 不得利用本 App 从事任何可能损害其他使用者或本 App 的活动。
八、使用者内容
您对您在本 App 中建立、提交或上传的内容负责。
您应确保您提交的内容：
- 不侵犯任何第三方的权利；
- 不違反适用法律；
- 不包含您无权分享的资料；
- 不包含惡意程式或其他可能损害本 App 或其他使用者的内容。
为提供本 App 的服务，您授予我们在必要范围内储存、处理及显示您提交内容的权利。
九、App 内资料及记录
本 App 会根据使用者在 App 中进行的操作建立及保存相关资料及记录。
这些资料包括 Task、提交内容、Incentive、積分及其他 App 内相关记录。
本 App 所提供的资料及记录，是为协助 Partner 使用本 App 的功能，而不是对現实世界事件作出獨立或法律上的认证。
十、Board 删除
任何 Board 成员均可以按照 App 提供的功能删除其所属 Board。
删除 Board 后：
- Board 將无法再使用；
- 与 Board 相关的资料可能会被永久删除；
- 已删除的 Board 及相关资料可能无法恢复。
在删除 Board 前，App 可能会显示相关确认及删除提示。
十一、账户删除
您可以按照 App 提供的功能删除您的账户。
账户删除后，与您的账户相关的资料会按照本 App 的资料删除机制及《隐私权政策》处理。
部分资料可能因法律、争议处理、安全或其他合法原因而需要在一定期间内保留。
十二、服务可用性
我们会尽合理努力維持本 App 正常运作，但不保证本 App：
- 永远可用；
- 不会出現中断；
- 完全没有错误；
- 所有功能在任何时间均可使用。
我们可能因維护、更新、技术问题、安全问题或其他原因暂时限制或中止部分服务。
十三、第三方服务
本 App 使用第三方服务，例如 Apple Sign-In 及 Google Sign-In。
第三方服务由相关第三方提供，其使用可能受相关第三方自己的条款及政策約束。
我们不对第三方服务的可用性、准确性或运作负责。
十四、免责声明

我们不保证：
- Partner 一定会完成 Task；
- Partner 一定会履行 Incentive；
- Partner 提交的内容一定真实或准确；

任何 Partner 之间的承諾、Task、Incentive 或現实世界安排，均由相关 Partner 自行决定及承担责任。
十五、责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因以下事项产生的任何损失或损害负责：
- Partner 之间的行为或争议；
- Task 未完成；
- Incentive 未履行；
- 使用者提交的内容；
- 使用者依赖 App 内资料或记录所作出的决定；
- App 暂时无法使用；
- 第三方服务的故障或中断；
- 未经授权的账户存取；
- 其他非我们合理控制范围内的事件。
本条款中的任何内容均不旨在排除适用法律下不能被排除或限制的责任。
十六、違反条款
如果我们合理认为您違反本条款、适用法律或可能对其他使用者、本 App 或我们造成风险，我们可能采取适当措施，包括：
- 限制您的部分功能；
- 暂停您的账户；
- 终止您的账户；
- 删除違规内容；
- 采取法律允许的其他措施。
在适用法律要求的情况下，我们会按照相关法律处理。
十七、条款修改
我们可能因应本 App 的功能、服务内容或适用法律的变化而修改本条款。
如有重大修改，我们会在适当情况下透过 App 或其他合理方式通知您。
更新后的条款会于本 App 或相关网页公布，并以「最后更新日期」标示最新版本。
在修改后继续使用本 App，即表示您接受更新后的条款。
十八、服务终止
我们可以在适用法律允许的范围内，随时停止、暂停或终止全部或部分服务。
如果您的账户因違反本条款而被终止，您不得在未获我们同意的情况下重新建立账户以规避相关限制。
服务终止后，本条款中按其性质应继续有效的条款仍会继续适用。

本条款及《隐私权政策》构成您与我们就使用本 App 所达成的完整协议。
如果本条款与《隐私权政策》之间出現与个人资料处理有关的差异，应以《隐私权政策》对相关资料处理的说明为准。

積分不代表現金或其他具有現實貨幣價值的資產，亦不能兌換成現金。
積分不得被視為銀行存款、電子貨幣、金融資產或其他具有貨幣價值的財產。
本 App 不提供積分買賣、現金提取或其他真實貨幣交易功能。
七、使用規則
您同意在使用本 App 時：
- 遵守適用的法律及法規；
- 不得冒充其他人士；
- 不得未經授權存取其他使用者或 Board 的資料；
- 不得干擾、破壞或試圖破壞本 App 的正常運作；
- 不得利用本 App 進行欺詐、騷擾、威脅或其他違法活動；
- 不得上傳或提交違法、侵權、具欺騙性或其他不當內容；
- 不得嘗試繞過本 App 的安全措施或權限控制；
- 不得利用本 App 從事任何可能損害其他使用者或本 App 的活動。
八、使用者內容
您對您在本 App 中建立、提交或上傳的內容負責。
您應確保您提交的內容：
- 不侵犯任何第三方的權利；
- 不違反適用法律；
- 不包含您無權分享的資料；
- 不包含惡意程式或其他可能損害本 App 或其他使用者的內容。
為提供本 App 的服務，您授予我們在必要範圍內儲存、處理及顯示您提交內容的權利。
九、App 內資料及記錄
本 App 會根據使用者在 App 中進行的操作建立及保存相關資料及記錄。
這些資料包括 Task、提交內容、Incentive、積分及其他 App 內相關記錄。
本 App 所提供的資料及記錄，是為協助 Partner 使用本 App 的功能，而不是對現實世界事件作出獨立或法律上的認證。
十、Board 刪除
任何 Board 成員均可以按照 App 提供的功能刪除其所屬 Board。
刪除 Board 後：
- Board 將無法再使用；
- 與 Board 相關的資料可能會被永久刪除；
- 已刪除的 Board 及相關資料可能無法恢復。
在刪除 Board 前，App 可能會顯示相關確認及刪除提示。
十一、帳戶刪除
您可以按照 App 提供的功能刪除您的帳戶。
帳戶刪除後，與您的帳戶相關的資料會按照本 App 的資料刪除機制及《隱私權政策》處理。
部分資料可能因法律、爭議處理、安全或其他合法原因而需要在一定期間內保留。
十二、服務可用性
我們會盡合理努力維持本 App 正常運作，但不保證本 App：
- 永遠可用；
- 不會出現中斷；
- 完全沒有錯誤；
- 所有功能在任何時間均可使用。
我們可能因維護、更新、技術問題、安全問題或其他原因暫時限制或中止部分服務。
十三、第三方服務
本 App 使用第三方服務，例如 Apple Sign-In 及 Google Sign-In。
第三方服務由相關第三方提供，其使用可能受相關第三方自己的條款及政策約束。
我們不對第三方服務的可用性、準確性或運作負責。
十四、免責聲明
本 App 提供的是協助 Partner 管理 Task、Incentive、積分及相關記錄的工具。
我們不保證：
- Partner 一定會完成 Task；
- Partner 一定會履行 Incentive；
- Partner 提交的內容一定真實或準確；
- Partner 之間的任何承諾一定會被履行；
- 使用本 App 一定可以達成任何特定目標或結果。
任何 Partner 之間的承諾、Task、Incentive 或現實世界安排，均由相關 Partner 自行決定及承擔責任。
十五、責任限制
在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對因以下事項產生的任何損失或損害負責：
- Partner 之間的行為或爭議；
- Task 未完成；
- Incentive 未履行；
- 使用者提交的內容；
- 使用者依賴 App 內資料或記錄所作出的決定；
- App 暫時無法使用；
- 第三方服務的故障或中斷；
- 未經授權的帳戶存取；
- 其他非我們合理控制範圍內的事件。
本條款中的任何內容均不旨在排除適用法律下不能被排除或限制的責任。
十六、違反條款
如果我們合理認為您違反本條款、適用法律或可能對其他使用者、本 App 或我們造成風險，我們可能採取適當措施，包括：
- 限制您的部分功能；
- 暫停您的帳戶；
- 終止您的帳戶；
- 刪除違規內容；
- 採取法律允許的其他措施。
在適用法律要求的情況下，我們會按照相關法律處理。
十七、條款修改
我們可能因應本 App 的功能、服務內容或適用法律的變化而修改本條款。
如有重大修改，我們會在適當情況下透過 App 或其他合理方式通知您。
更新後的條款會於本 App 或相關網頁公布，並以「最後更新日期」標示最新版本。
在修改後繼續使用本 App，即表示您接受更新後的條款。
十八、服務終止
我們可以在適用法律允許的範圍內，隨時停止、暫停或終止全部或部分服務。
如果您的帳戶因違反本條款而被終止，您不得在未獲我們同意的情況下重新建立帳戶以規避相關限制。
服務終止後，本條款中按其性質應繼續有效的條款仍會繼續適用。
十九、完整協議
本條款及《隱私權政策》構成您與我們就使用本 App 所達成的完整協議。
如果本條款與《隱私權政策》之間出現與個人資料處理有關的差異，應以《隱私權政策》對相關資料處理的說明為準。
